Enchilada Casserole
An enchilada is originally a Mexican dish which is made from maize flour. It is a tortilla stuffed with meat or vegetables and other sauces and spices. But when we speak of an enchilada casserole, it is not exactly a tortilla roll. It is called so because this casserole uses a special sauce which is used in enchilada. However, tortillas are used as layers for the casserole.
