Melt some butter in a saucepan, stir in all-purpose flour till no lumps are formed, and add evaporated milk and water. Then season it with salt and pepper. Place the leftover turkey on a greased casserole; spread the sauce and leftover stuffing. You can also spread mashed potatoes and grated cheese. Bake for about 45 minutes in a preheated oven. This recipe can be altered according to your taste by adding more spices to the sauce.
